The Time Has Come To Punish Wickedness
The confirmation hearings for the new Trump Administration saw Democrats asking nominees if they would bow to requests from the incoming President to “weaponise” the Government against his enemies. Adam Schiff was particularly vocal about this. This question is the ultimate in projection, because these very same people have run a hate campaign against Donald Trump for the past eight years.
They smeared him as a Russian agent, a ludicrous claim backed up by fake documents and at least one successful attempt to put a Russian woman of dubious antecedents in the same room as one of his sons. They spied on his campaign, then on his White House, they targeted people around him, including his lawyers, for spurious prosecutions. They accused him of insurrection, branded him a rapist, and tried to bankrupt him. Now, they are pleading for him to let bygones be bygones: “Time to move on”.
No, not this time!
So what should Trump do once he has sealed the southern border, begun the mass deportation of illegals starting with criminal elements, restored America’s energy industry, pardoned the J6 victims and removed the tax from tips? Here are a few suggestions.
He should start in a slightly unusual place, carrying out executions in earnest of convicted murderers. Last year, only 26 people were executed in the United States, all of them men. No one has yet been executed this year but 13 are scheduled for execution. It doesn’t stop there though, there are executions scheduled for the next four years including 3 in 2028. How absurd is that?
He should start with federal executions. On his way out, Biden – or more likely one of his handlers – pardoned all but three of the forty inmates on federal death row. The three are Dylann Roof, Robert Bowers, and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
He should start with Roof, a mass murderer who killed 9 people in a South Carolina church eight years ago. As all his victims were black, the Democrats will face a significant backlash if they oppose this. Bowers is another mass murderer, this time one who targeted Jews. He killed 11 people, and like Roof has been on death row for far too long.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was still a teenager – three months short of his twentieth birthday – when he and his elder brother killed 3 people and injured over 250 others by planting bombs during the Boston Marathon in 2013. Executing people for crimes committed as teens always causes outrage, but in his case an exception should be made.
Technically, the President has no power to order executions for non-federal crimes, as are the vast majority of murders, but most Republican Governors would not require too much pressure to step up the executions. Who should be executed? Only those who have been convicted of two or more murders – including serial killers and spree killers – on overwhelming evidence, who have been on death row for several years, and whose appeals against conviction have been exhausted. Here are two suggestions, both from Kentucky.
Ralph Baze who murdered two police officers in 1992.
David Lee Sanders who murdered two men execution style while robbing a store and shot another victim in the head (who survived) on an earlier occasion. Sanders committed these murders in 1987 and was convicted later the same year.
How absurd is it that these two men are still alive? Many have been on death row for nearly as long and some for even longer.
When it comes to accountability for those who targeted Trump, his family and his people, here is a very incomplete list in no particular order but first and foremost: Hillary Clinton.
It was Mrs Clinton who started the entire, insane Russia collusion bandwagon rolling. She should be held to account for this and more importantly for her willful breaches of the Espionage Act by using the private server in her New York home to bypass freedom of information laws. She also needs to explain how she was able to remove classified material from SCIFs.
Second on the list should be Loretta Lynch, the then Attorney General who covered up for her and declined to prosecute.
James Comey was instrumental in the Russian collusion plot. Hillary blamed his pronouncement about her criminality for losing the election (along with a thousand other reasons) but what Comey did was exculpate her publicly when he had no right to do so. He should also be held accountable for his later amnesia.
Adam Schiff has already been censured by Congress for his non-stop stream of lies about Donald Trump. He should be investigated further, and if warranted, prosecuted for his outrageous behaviour.
Liz Cheney should be prosecuted for suborning perjury in the rump January 6 hearings and Cassidy Hutchinson should be prosecuted for committing perjury at her direction.
All the other members of the J6 Committee should be thoroughly investigated for suppressing evidence, for destroying evidence, and for any other related offences. The evidence available from other sources, including CCTV from within the Capitol that day, has already debunked many of its conclusions.
Finally, the victims of this witch-hunt being pardoned, the J6 prisoners should be properly compensated for their suffering. Most will have lost their livelihoods and some will have lost their homes.
Stormy Daniels should be prosecuted for extortion, and either perjury or making false declarations in legal proceedings.
Michael Cohen should be prosecuted for theft – he admitted under oath that he stole tens of thousands of dollars from Trump.
Judge Merchan should be thoroughly investigated for the conduct of that trial; in some ways he was a bigger villain than either Daniels or Cohen because as a judge he should have at least the pretence of legality. There is also the matter of how his daughter profited from the proceedings
Letitia James and Judge Engoron should face prosecution for the corrupt civil claim brought against the Trump organisation. James should also be struck off for her insane pronouncements against Trump while holding the office of Attorney General of New York.
Fani Willis and everyone who conspired with her against Trump should also face prosecution.
The 51former intelligence officers who signed a letter that claimed the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian disinformation operation should all lose their security clearances. Incredibly, this lie is still being peddled in some quarters or at the very least has not been acknowledged.
All the FBI agents who went along with said lie should at the very least be summarily dismissed.
E. Jean Carroll should be prosecuted for perjury, specifically for her claims made about the dress she said she was wearing when she was allegedly assaulted by Donald Trump.
Jessica Leeds should also be prosecuted for perjury.
Gloria Allred and her daughter Lisa Bloom should be investigated for bringing false legal claims against a large number of people, but in particular, the lies peddled by Allred about Judge Roy Moore and the spurious suit brought against Donald Trump by Lisa Bloom on behalf of the pseudonymous Katie Johnson.
Lieutenant Michael Byrd should be prosecuted for the murder or at the very least the manslaughter of Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021.
Ray Epps should be hauled in and questioned under oath about his true involvement with the fake insurrection.
Alvin Bragg should be prosecuted for his dishonest prosecution of Brian Chin.
The Southern Poverty Law Center should be closed down, its assets confiscated, and the proceeds of this confiscation donated to impoverished blacks and the victims of mutilation by corrupt medical professionals involved in the “transing” of vulnerable teenagers and young people. If this is not possible then at the very least it should be given a heavy fine and lose its tax-exempt status on account of its decades long track record of smearing conservatives, also for its support of the surgical mutilation of the young and illegal immigration.
Alejandro Mayorkas should be indicted for treason.
All the NGOs that assisted in the mass invasion of the United States by illegals should at the very least lose their tax-exempt status. These include Catholic charities and agencies of the United Nations (which should be banned from the United States).
Contra to this, the obscene practice of civil asset forfeiture should be abolished. This is something black Democrats like Jasmine Crockett could have tackled instead of simping for rich, privileged white boy Hunter Biden.
Black Lives Matter should be investigated for its role in creating civil disturbances, including riots. The organisation should be held liable and individual officers should face criminal prosecution where appropriate. Those involved in financial fraud (like co-founder and former member Patrisse Cullors) should be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law where appropriate.
Doctors and others responsible for the transing (surgical mutilation) of mentally disturbed teenagers and young adults should face criminal and civil prosecution. Where appropriate, participating medical professionals should be struck off. Those seeking sex change operations (extreme cosmetic surgery) in the United States should be required to attend counselling sessions before doing so and to be at least 25 years of age.
